What to expect from us:
- Ensure efficient and accurate execution of warehouse processes during your shift.
- Manage and lead your team, providing training and clear guidance.
- Coordinate daily operations and facilitate effective communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve any operational disruptions.
- Actively participate in day-to-day warehouse tasks (e.g. picking)
What you bring:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Valid forklift license.
- Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently, reliability, and a passion for teamwork.
- Willingness to work shifts and perform physical tasks as needed.
